We had a van through Drivetime that was totaled in an accident. The insurance company paid for the van so it would be a pay off, when we told drivetime they gave us the run around and then told us that they could not do anything until they had the check from the insurance co. The insurance company gave us more money than the van was worth but the check was in drivetimes and ours names. So know we are waiting around for a refund because we overpaid.
