BOA offered a credit card balance transfer at 0.99% to March 2010 (one year from filling out the online forms). After the transfer took place, they denied any promotional offer and are now charging me 22.99% interest! I am trying to get the finance charges for 2 months corrected so I can pay off the account, but after 2 days of calls I still get the run around. DO NOT BANK WITH BOA. They are deceptive and do not honor their own offers. read full review »
