I am aware that deposits are required at the time of hookup.. but, $640 for a deposit is unheard of... I am a mother of four and have a daughter who had a heart transplant and is on medications that have to be refridgerated..I was floored when they told me I have ten days to pay the balance..I fought hard and was able to get an extension..but, I still haver to pay $200 every two weeks for a month and a half on top of my normal bills...
