I placed an order on-line for some classroom tables. It took 4 weeks to get them delivered. When they showed up - they had brought me a patio set. When I finally got the tables one was damaged. I filled out the requested info they asked for, got an email that I would get another email telling me what to do for the return. I have never heard another word from Sam's - it's been 6 weeks.
