These people are out of control. Glenn Associates Collection Agency of Woburn MA have refused to provide basic info in writing about the nature of the debt they're attempting to collect. One agent in particular, Mark Roger, is especially rude, yelling and screaming and demanding payment over the phone and refusing to remove our numbers from their calling list.
