I spent approx. $5, 000 in Dec 2005 - Jan 2006 to have my pool re-plastered and re-tiled. Since last summer, the grout around my tile is falling out in chunks and is all cracked. BND told me that is was not their responsiblity and they could refer me to a tile company - for a fee of course!! Don't use this company for anything. read full review »
