Traded in a used Tahoe for a newer used one. Promised tires, cleaning on a Wed. Drive the 1.5 hrs back to the dealership two days after the promised tire delivery, and they don't have the tires. Took time off work and hired sitter. Waited three hours before told no tires while out running errands. Then, refuses to give SUV to drive.
