On May 13, 2009, I ordered a pair of Joewell M2, 6.0, scissors and a Joewell swivel razor pack. On May 15, 2009, the order posted on my credit card for the amount of 195.39. According to the UPS delivery schedule, I was to receive the products within 3-5 days. It is May 29, 2009, which is well beyond the delivery schedule and I have not received the products that were ordered. I would like a refund credited to my account immediately. read full review »
