I hired Colorado Casa Realtors to manage my property while I was out of state. They were good about collecting the rent, but apparently that was all they thought they had to do. When I returned all the landscaping was dead and the weeds were waist-high. The tenant had moved out 20 days earlier, but they had just started cleaning the property. I asked them to turn the security deposit and pet deposit over so I could repair the property, but they said that legally they could not do that.
