Dawn Nyholm and Lee Minniti of Hope Now Modification, LLC are vermin, they are lower than a whales belly! Beginning January 2009 until today, May 29, 2009 they gave me false hope of saving my home and took over $2100.00 from me and did absolutely nothing but LIED.
