I am being charged a monthly fee of $19.95 a month for a service I cancelled 3 months ago. I don't know why you did not get this request. Please cancel subscription ASAP and credit my account. This is a scam how you charge people. You ack for one background check and you sucker the person in and charge them a monthly fee which I never requested. PLEASE CANCEL AND CREDIT MY ACCOUNT.
