Just like everyone else, I couldn't get through on the customer service line to cancel my "order." In order for my bank to reimburse my charges, I have to file an official dispute of unauthorized charges form...and I'm not sure even then if they will reverse the charges. I did go to the ebizprogram.com site and clicked on "live chat" to get the program cancelled, but they wouldn't reimburse my charges. Claimed that the 15 day "trial period" had passed.
