Company advertises 15 day satisfaction guarantee refund on all shipments. From the date the product was originally shipped to you. Well I ordered this product on 4-17-09 and didn't receive it until 5-1-09 and after 5 days on it I didn't see any miracle like the ad showed so I called to cancel it 5-6-09 and they did with no problem even said don't bother sending back the unused portion just keep it and I said ok but its canceled right and he said yes.
