I ordered Redbook magazine through HGTV website at a discount price of $8 for 12 issues in February of 2009. No magazine was ever sent (it is now end of May), yet Redbook & Hearst Corp. continue to bill me, noting that first issue was sent in February and that the subscription ends in Feb. 2010. The statements are threatening my "good credit" with them, and even state, "Your prompt payment will allow us to continue your subscription..." What a racket!
