I am so frustrated!! After requesting a FREE sample and then cancelling my order I have been billed TWICE for the product and FINANCE CHARGES have been charged on my credit card SIX times!! Although the sales people (August and David) have no idea where the finance charges came from and can not help me remove them from my card!!! I am currently on the phone with the company...for 30 minutes now and they continue to put me on hold and tell me that they don't know about the finance charges. David just told me to call back in 3 days and if I don't call in 3 days then I have no further recourse. I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!! read full review »
