I ordered a part for my car on the 23rd of May and the person I talked to guaranteed my part was in stock and I would receive the part by this weekend. I ordered two parts through them but only received one when the shipment came in...of course not the part that was most important. I called customer services and was told two conflicting excuses to why they didn't send it.
