Some months ago, I purchased goods to the value of $360 from a seller on eBay. Of 3 items purchased, only 2 were received and these two weren't what I purchased. So, seeing as I am protected by Paypal (as stated on most eBay auctions), I iniated a dispute. Paypal verdict was that I had to return the goods to the seller and that they would then refund me. They firstly sent me the sellers return address in Chinese and gave me 10 days to return the goods.
