I ordered a "free trial" in which I was only to be billed for shipping charges. Immediately I was charged 82.71! My account went overdrawn because of it. Their "technical support/customer service numbers and email addresses are all invalid, so I cant even contact them to resolve the matter. I even tried "canceling my order"...invalid web sites also. i was totally scammed. this just happened yesterday, so I dont even know if I will get the product. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN! I am poor enough already. For anyone reading this...RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY! Had I done that...I would have stayed away. read full review »
