TLG*LIVWEL is charging me $11.99 a month because I ordered flowers from 1800flowers and clicked for $15 discount. The trick is that they don't give you a discount for that purchase but it is for a future purchase which I didn't make so I didn't get the promised $15 discount. Instead I get charged $11.99 a month. I noticed the charge from TLG*LIVWEL when it first appeared on my bank as a pending charge. I called to cancel but was told that it was too late too cancel since the charge had gone through.
