DEX MEDIA has continually charged me for yellow page ad that I DID NOT authorize. It was VERBALLY communicated in 5/07 and have been fighting ever since. Phone calls to the Claims Dept are unanswered, incomplete and tell you there is nothing they can do...according to the contract that you might sign 12 years ago!!! read full review »
