I am submitting this complaint for the reason is I have sent in my rebate form with the information it has requested for. It has been already the end of the month and i still did not receive my rebate. I believe anyone doing business with certain wireless services, should be responsible in completing services to the full extent to satisfy there customers. I on the other hand am going to fill a complaint with the better business board and notifing them of such fraudulant practices that is happing with such company.
