I have only had one case in which I didn't receive a product I purchased on EBay and it occurred from a company called the Natural Barn. I purchased 2 bottles of Glucofast through EBay on 09-05-2006. I received email notification of a backorder on 09-15-2006 and then received the wrong item, Digesterol, on 09-26-2006. I was then asked to pay to ship the Digesterol back to the Natural Barn, which I did. I received USPS notification that the item was delivered at 9:52 am on October 16, 2006 in NEBO, KY 42441.
