I purchased a MP3 Watch from Surprisinggift.com before Christmas 2006 for a New Years Eve gift. It was defective upon use. After I requested a replacement, I received a return Authorization from Surprisinggift.com along with a curt note that it must have been my fault for not plugging the USB port of the watch in correctly and not reading the instructions. The instruction, however, started on page two.
