Son and companion took flight #60, Jfk to Bogata. Discriminatory rude treatment by staff of this airline. Two of the few if any Americans on flight. Seats moved to less desirable location, other passengers offered more amenities, son hit by cart, no apology, companions blanket taken from her when asleep----terrible trip, airline should be embarassed by employees!!! read full review »
