I had tried to call and cancel my membership in April, but was told that I could not cancel it until May 18th. I went to cancel the membership on May 31st. I had to go "in person" to cancel. This is why it took me to May 31st to cancel - as I have a very hectic schedule at work and travel. When I signed the form to cancel the woman at the counter told me that I missed the deadline and that I would be billed $39.99 for next year's renewal fee.
