I have sent messages using their own message area 2 x telling them to cancel and not send anymore. I was charged 2 x in November and did not receive any item and after I sent 2nd message in December I got a pacakage which I refused delivery via us mail. I have trie to contact on phone but keep getting message that a 73 minute wait (or64, 72, etc) and I tried to wait that long but had to give up due to other commitments. I have asked Credit card company to refuse to pay but now they are trying to get out of it also. Company is a fraud and rip off. read full review »
