I order a "$1" trial. It ended up costing me $45.85. I called to cancel the order, they said they shipped it, which they did two weeks later. When I got it I had to wait to get my RMA number to return the order. They have once again charged my card, AFTER I cancelled and have an email from them accepting my cancellation and saying they will refund my money. The wait time is insane, at times over 90 minutes long but there is no way to get through to them. I sent several emails and waited for responses on that as well.
