I ordered Ugg boots from this company and never received them. I contacted them several times with no response. I did order 3 pair on different dates. The thieves only charged 1 pair to my credit card. Lucky for me stupid on their part. My credit card company stood behind me and credited my account. They will be charging it back to the company that paid the money to the thieves. I was more angry that my 13 year old daughter did not get the one gift she wanted for Christmas. That was more upsetting to me than possible losing money. read full review »
