After dealing with this company in regards to a foreclosure on my home, submitting paperwork, calling every other day, trying to get information from people that do not know what they are doing, they offered a modification that was totally unrealistic. Even though my payment should have gone down through the ARM, the modification they offered was over 450.00 more than the regular payment.
