I bought a SAMSUNG Refrigerator from Best Buy in 2004 with a 5 yr warranty. 4 1/2 years later the refrigerator would not cool. I called Best Buy and they said they would have to get a technician out to look at it. The technician eventually called me and said they do not fix samsung refrigerators and to call Best Buy to schedule a different service provider. I called Best Buy again and this time they got a service provider that "fixes" samsung refrigerators. At this point we have been with a refrigerator for 1 week.
