Not Working
have purchased Samsung refrigerator RT19BDPSI, model number 05974ZAZ600717H on dated 12/04/10 from M/S K.C.O.P. DISRIBUTORS DABRI CROSSING DABRI MOD NEW DELHI, 110075 for Rs. 10000. This is to mention here that the cOMPRESSURE of the refrigerator is not aligned properly since 17.07.2011 and i suggest all of you please d`nt purchase any samsung products (mobile, refrigerator...etc.) only some time they are best ..

Defective
Samsung refrigerators are not well designed. The sides get so hot that it can burn your skin. The company should recall the product and refund the money. The dealer I worked with in Vadodara, Gujarat was rude and refused to send the technician to check out though the refrigerator is still under warrantee

Poor quality service from Samsung
I purchased a top-of-the-line Samsung refrigerator from Lowe’s. Due a backlog, delivery would take a week. A day before delivery we were told that a part had been recalled and that we would need to wait two weeks for new units to be delivered. It finally was delivered. 16 months later our unit stops working. After two visits from the authorized Samsung repairman, he declared it dead, requiring the entire unit to be replaced. It took several more days for Samsung to issue a replacement authorization to Lowe’s. However, Samsung also told me I was responsible for the sales tax and delivery charges of the new unit. I would have preferred a refund so that I could buy anything other than Samsung. My experience is that the quality of the product, people and policies is inferior. Lowe's has tried to be helpful in spite of Samsung.

does not work and can't get repaired
bought a 2100 4 door samsung refrigerator. It broke one year later. I have spent a year trying to fix and today was told that this refrigerator was unrepairable after replacing 4 boards. It runs on 4 boards and not one like GE. Buy something other than samsung. bad refrigerator

poor quality
On 4-1-2007 I purchased a samsung refrigerator from Lowes. On august4 2010 our unit had quit cooling I called samsung and they set up repair service with A&E the tech came out on 8-7-2010 and advised that would cost 434.72 to fix I called samsung and talked to customer service and the advised that there was nothing that they could do since it was out of warrenty. I offered to pay for service call If they would furnish the parts but the young lady was not interested in this . I bought this product for the rateing and consumer reports that stated that they were of good quality If this is the best that they have then their quality is not very muchand I would not reccomend this product to any one and I will never buy another Samsung Product.

Very Poor Service
Ive bought a Samsung refrigerator which is apparently NOT COOLING and is at hault. I've registered SEVERAL COMPLAINTS at samsung, with the registration number8412095693 . BUT inspite of repeated reminders, samsung has FAILED to provide any service. We've been waiting for 72 hrs now, NO ENGINEER has showed up. As they promised, assistance would be provided in 24 hours, which they obviously FAILED to keep.
I would kindly request to look into the matter, asap.

Coming sound from freez and feezer is crached
Myself Sanchita. I have brough Samsung refrigerator and it is in warenty period. Sound is coming from my freez and its freezer part is slightly cracked. On Last Thursday(22/04/2010) and before that i made complaint for it on the customer care number-01130308282. My BP No is 8413491432. 10 times i made call on same number to send the executive for the servicing but yet no one came.Every customer care executive said that executive will come but no one come.One of customer care executive given the seervice center number-01145261601 & 01145261600.But No one is picking the call on same number .Some times they cut the call when i rang. i am getting frustrated so if i will not get the service, in future i will never plan to purchase samsung product

Unit freezes up/ice forms behind panel
Samsung refuses to stand behind their product. I purchased a Samsung side by side refrigerator 4 years ago. starting in the second year we started experiancing problems with the refrigerator forming ice both inside the unit behind a draw and behind the panel itself.
This causes all kind of other problems. The draw will not shut completely and thus the whole refrigerator door will not seal and of course once the seal is broken, then the temprature goes up. This reoccuring problem has happended 5 times. I've spent over $500. in repair costs plus $300+ in spoiled food. The problem just keeps on recurring over and over again. Each time you have to unplug the unit and defrost the frig for a minimum of 48-54 hours so that all that ice behind the panel will melt. Remember thier is 5 inches of insulation back there and at least 3-4 inches of ice too.

Samsung refuses to achnowledge that this is a design problem. And they will not stand behind the product. Buy a GE, Frigidaire or LG.
Samsung might make a good TV but not a refrigerator yet.

NOT WORKING
I Amit Khera resident of Delhi Shahdra buy Your Samsung Fridge on last Few Months.Due to some machinery problem the Fridge does not work and we face many problems. I write complaint on 2.11.2009 on customer care whose complaint no is 8412389687. till 13.11.2009 no action is to be taken for my complaint. on 13.11.2009 the customer care said me that they replace the fridge. But now today is 17.11.2009 there is no action is to be taken against my compalint this cause a many problem to me. I don't want my fridge to be repaired i want only to replace the fridge.
And one more thing Your customer care executives doesn't give senior executive contact no so that i can solve my problem with him.

I only inform you that by this you give lot of trouble to the customers.

I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH SAMSUNG AND WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND A SAMSUNG PRODUCT. When we go to pick out another refrigerator I will not get a Samsung. I don't like how we were talked to by some of the people that represent Samsung.
Now tomorrow morning i am going personaly to consumer court to complaint about your Samsung Refrigerator and about your bad services which give to your customers.
I am ver much fed up of all these problems so i only inform you.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought a SAMSUNG Refrigerator from Best Buy in 2004 with a 5 yr warranty. 4 1/2 years later the refrigerator would not cool. I called Best Buy and they said they would have to get a technician out to look at it. The technician eventually called me and said they do not fix samsung refrigerators and to call Best Buy to schedule a different service provider. I called Best Buy again and this time they got a service provider that "fixes" samsung refrigerators. At this point we have been with a refrigerator for 1 week. The technician comes out and says we need a part to fix the fridge and he would have to order it. He stated he would call when it came in...I didn't receive a call so I called the service provider on a tuesday and was told that the part came in this morning and someone would be out tomorrow(wednesday). they never came out. I called back on friday and was told the part just came in and because of the holiday(Memorial Day) they would be out on tuesday. they never came out. I called back on wednesday and was told the part came in on tuesday and they would be out tomorrow(thursday). At this point we have been without a fridge for 2 weeks. He came out this time and proceeded to fix the fridge. Once complete he said it was fixed and asked me to put my hand in the fridge to feel the cool air blowing. He left. 30 minutes later his office calls and said the techinician fixed the fridge but he found another issue that they would like to fix before my warranty ends..it is something that may go out in 6 months so lets fix it now. I agreed. 30 minutes later my fridge does not work again so I call the service center and they tell me they will send the same technician out there. 30 minutes after that they call me back and tell me the technician said my fridge needs 3 parts in order to be fixed and they will not be in until June 5th. I call BEST BUY and I am told that they will put in a replacement request in order to replace the fridge. I am also told this request takes 3-5 days which coincidently will be about June 5th. BEST BUY has terrible customer service AND the service centers they use has even worse customer service. I am still without a fridge.
