Ordered promotional Acai Berry on line and was to be charged 3.99 for shipping and 82.31 was charged to my account. First called 1-888-471-1788, was keep on hold for the better part of an hour, then hung up on. Looked up the product and dialed 1-866-834-9155, young lady answered the phone and I told her that I was only to pay 3.99 for shipping, and to cancel my order. SHAME SHAME on them. Now I have to go through the drama of closing the account and receiving a new card, shame on me. This was the first and last time I order anything on line.
