I ordered the 15 day trial supply of this product for $4.99 plus $1.00 shipping insurance charge. My account was charged immediately for this amount. I did not receive this product until today which evidently is passed the 15 days I got to try the product. The 15 days begins the day that you order the product and does not matter how long it takes to get it. I called after using the product to cancel it because it my case it did not offer the whitening that is promised to my teeth.
