I recently cancelled a transaction that never should have taken place. The money was then refunded to my account by the company, but the bank will not refund my money for the $35 overdraft fee. I do not understand why it is that a mistake was made by another company, and therefore, I have to pay for it. My bank told me that they will not refund my money, because they gave me a loan, even though this never should have happened. I am very upset over this, as I do not have the money to throw away. read full review »
