I mailed $30 rebate for Brother Laser Printer HL2040 in November 2006. I made copies of all forms and receipts, and mailed it by certified letter. After 8 weeks waiting period I contacted their customer service and was told that letter was not received or misplaced, and they asked to email or fax them the copies, which I did. Conveniently, after receiving copies they told me that the same date the rebate was closed and nothing they can do to access it in the computers.
