I rent two (2) units out of eight (8) units in a one story commercial building. An alley or corridors separated 4 units on the west side and the other four on the east side. The building has an iron gate to enter the building from the main street. The rear side has also an iron gate which can only be opened by a key from both sides (inside the alley and the outside parking space).
