i was behind on my loan payment to the same bank(5/3) that I had my checking account. As soon as I put money into my checking account they took it to pay their amount due. no notice, in fact I was working with their finance dept on tis issue. They told me they had the right to take the money. worst was the service, on the phone I talked to 14 different people all saying it was not thier department or their department was not ressonable for taking the money. also refused to let me talk to a supervisor. Five hours later, the last person laugh at me and told me if I just paid my bills on time this would not happen. 5/3 is the worst bank ever. read full review »
