this company is a joke! I wish I had read the whole complaints against them beforehand! I tried cancelling with them and they denied to issue back my money saying that I went past the trial period which was 8 days. when I demanded to speak to a manager the lady said well how about if we offer you a full credit report at half the price to get you to stay with us, I said no thanks, Experian offers a better one at $5.95 monthly. and then when I asked her how would she feel if she were in my shoes, she said" i understand" all i want is my... read full review »
