I have gone to NTB in San Antonio several times in the past and have been pleased with the results and service. I always felt that I was being treated fairly and was getting a fair deal. I recently had to deal with an NTB in Autsin, however, and have come away with just the opposite feeling. My son's car had some problems and he took it in. The quote he received on the repairs for it cost twice as much as we paid for the car over a year ago.
