I secured credit card processing equipment from TermNet in 2-07 and when it arrived, there was no information or instructions with the machine. I have never used a credit card machine before and when I used it for the first time I monitored my checking acct to watch for the deposit and it was never put in. Since I don't have any instructions on the machine, I called customer service and they told me what to do to fix the problem.
