I was involved in an accident in November 2008. Auto that hit me was insured by United Auto Insurance. Driver went to jail DWI. My car was totalled. Several months after the wreck they decided the vehicle was stolen and refused to pay. No record of stolen vehicle when the accident happened and police responded to accident. Still can't get any settlement. They have the car and do not respond to my insurance co so they can pay under UI portion of insurance. read full review »
