proflowers claims that you qualify for free shipping on all orders. It's a SCAM! They assure that you will be refunded your shipping charges after you purchase the flowers and apply your credit card. Then you find out that the free shipping is not free. You will be asked to join a freeshipping.com club for $9.95 per month and that web company will refund your shipping. I didn't play the game, I wrote proflowers to complain and was politely told that I must have been confused, I am not confused, I was scammed. The old bait and switch scam.
