We were promised actual new mortgage terms in a e-mail from a rep that left people's and never even submitted our file to the lender - we were advised not to make mortgage payments, and everyone was telling us to be patient, yet the lender never received out modifcation package, and when it was finally sent to the lender, we were denied.
