Ok, I had my fair share of bad times with UPS(all involved missed deliveries and claiming I was not at home) but nothing like that before. I only use UPS when it's the only option that online seller offers you. I was waiting for a delivery which was suposed to come from 10 am - 2 pm. Having not received anything I decided to come downstairs to see if they slapped a note on the door again claiming that I wasn't at home (I live in a condo with an intercom).
