On 4-20-2009 i printed label, shipped one book. On 4-29-2009 I rec'd an email confirming receipt of book in warehouse. Today is 6-02-2009 and still no check! This was supposed to be 7-10 days, not 34 days and counting. I have saved all email correspondence between us and nothing validates the delay! IMHO their guarantee is bogus!
