I never used xoom.com but someone used my bank account and transfer money to Vietnam with xoom.com. I was trying to contact xoom.com and resolved the issue. They were very unprofessional and unhelpful. Xoom.com is a scam and helping criminals stealing money! Never use xoom.com. read full review »
