I tried Vonage service based on their 30-day money back guarantee claim. It took Vonage 17 days to port my existing number. I tried their service for 10 days and wasn't happy with the quality and feature set, so I switched to another VoIP carrier. Because the number porting into and out of Vonage took a combined 25 days, the entire process exceeded their 30-day window.
