I have a mortgage with Chase Bank, I feel that I have been mislead and misinformed. this is the problem I have just been divorced after three years of fighting my ex-spouse. I was force to paid my lawyer, maintain my house and my child that has a medical condition that must to be monitored carefully. I went to many workshops, HOPI and I also call Chase to let them know I am having problems keeping up with a $1700.00 mortgage and maintain everything else with one income when I am used to doing with two incomes.
