Thanks to all those who wrote something on the complaints board. I, unfortunately, discovered this after submitting my free trial offer for $3.95. I tried calling the phone number 866-949-0138. After 40 minutes of being put on hold, I figured I had been scammed!! After reading the comments, I have closed my credit card account and sent a letter hoping to cancel any future orders.
