RFI Gear / MAACS - Name Tapes

I placed an order through maacs.com and have been trying to get an answer as to what the status of my order was with no response. All numbers associated with MAACS have either been disconnected or require you to pay an additional fee to get the new number to even speak to anyone. I did more research and found that in FEB of 2009 MAACS (RFI Gear) was ordered to pay restitution to undelivered orders. I have filed a complaint with the BBB on both MAACS and RFI Gear. I placed an order with MAACS for some ACU name tapes on May 20, 2009. I have emailed several times asking for the status of my order with NO RESPONSE. I have tried calling all the numbers that they have listed only to find that they want to charge you in order to get in touch with them. I looked again today to see if there was another contact that I could try only to find that have posted a consent form as required by the state of Maine for what appears to be nefarious activities concerning orders and the timely manner in which they are... read full review »
